Randy Fox serves as Department Manager at PSI. Randy creates Fundraising AUDITS and ACTION PLANS with customized ASK AMOUNTS enabling clients to pre-segment their donor communications and ensue they are asking for the ideal amount from the donors most likely to give more frequently and to upgrade their support. The Donor Trends algorithms also identify those donors unlikely to be more supportive so you can save money, time and effort not soliciting that portion of your database again and again. Randy also uses the Fundraising Report Card online graphing platform to generate 24 customizable graphs that clearly illustrate the underlying TRENDS revealed by the Fundraising Fitness Test, which calculates over 150 performance indicators and exposes how much money nonprofits leave on the table annually because of Donor CHURN. Randy is also in charge of website updates. During his 34 Year tenure, he was instrumental in the success of 10 Conferences on Philanthropy, functioned in various key support roles under all four departmental directors, and created and sold 27 (out of 30) Editions of the Giving is Caring philanthropic quote calendar.  On a volunteer basis, Randy also serves on the Growth in Giving Steering Committee as the Director of the Fundraising Fitness Test, answering questions from AFP members about using FEP Tools to improve fundraising program effectiveness.
